  • Is your jewelry handmade?
    Yes, all of my work is handmade by me in my Phoenix, AZ studio.
  • What does OOAK mean?
    OOAK stands for one of a kind. Most of my work is one of a kind or small batch.
  • How many of each item are made?
    We like to keep our designs new and fresh. Most of our pieces are one of a kind or are made in very small batches.
  • What metals are used?
    We primarily work with sterling silver (.925), fine silver, 14k, 18k and 24k gold.
  • What is oxidized silver?
    Oxidized silver describes silver that is darkened or tarnished. Sometimes, jewelers oxidize jewelry on purpose to add definition or bring out design elements.
  • How do I find my ring size?
    The best and most accurate way to find your ring size, is to stop by a jeweler to get our finger sized. Please keep in mind that our ring size can change over the years, so even if you think you know your size, if it has been a while since you had your finger sized, we recommended getting your finger sized. If you live in the Phoenix, AZ area, we would be happy to have you stop by our studio for finger sizing.
  • Can an item be altered?
    That depends on the item. Contact us with any requests.
  • I saw an item I loved but it is no longer available on your website. Can you remake it?
    I may not be able to make the exact piece but I can most likely make you something very similar. Feel free to reach out to talk about your options.
  • What form of payment do you accept?
    We accept most major credit cards as well a PayPal.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We will occasionally ship internationally. If you are looking to have a piece shipped outside of the USA, please contact prior to purchase to discuss if this is an option.
  • What if my chain breaks?
    In the event that your chain breaks, we offer 1 complimentary repair within 30 days of your initial appointment. After 30 days, re-welds are $15. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for a re-weld. If the chain is lost, you will need to purchase a new chain. Please note, we do not repair chains that were not originally purchased with us.
